In dynamic emails, is there a way I can present one html email to one segment and a whole other look to another, or can I only do it by sections?

It says I can reach Replace HTML with Dynamic Emails

You would have to do this by sections. I think you could do Replace HTML for the entire email, then add a segment to replace the entire html for as well. You might have to create a "blank template" with 1 DIV section for this to work right. Try it out.
