Can certain Dynamic Chat dialogues only appear during 8 am-5 pm business hours?
Also, is it possible to offer a live chat within the dialogue flow if only within business hours? I would like to offer a different dialogue path if that chat occurs outside of business hours.

Hello @TK9 Great question. We are working towards introducing "Agents Online" option both in dialogue targeting and conditional branching which is exactly for these usecases.
Right now, you can configure the global fallbacks when an agent is not available.
