Does moving programs to different folders in Marketo change reporting?

We are in the process of cleaning up programs in Marketo that have errors in them or do not fit with the current process.

These programs have already been executed and we would like to move them to a folder that we've created called "archive."

Currently, we have them in a foldering structure that is divided by Quarter and then sub-folder of Topic.

If we move all of these programs to an "archive" folder, will is change any reporting we have in Marketo???

If you created a Report that filters on folder hierarchy, then yes, this will affect reporting.
 

Otherwise, Jeff and Marketo M are correct.

You should set the folder to "Archive Status"

Hey Nichole,

If you are just putting old Programs in a folder you created called Archive, this will have no effect on reporting. It will effect any Folder Tokens you may have in place though.

In short, no. Archiving will only hide the asset in some dropdowns, but doesn't affect reporting at all.
