Does marketo strip conditional statements

My outlook email comes in, but it seems to strip my conditional statements e.g. check outlook version and add html.

Is marketo stripping conditional statements and/or comments?

We believe so.  See this thread here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000Q2VKAA0.  We had tried to deploy these fixes to solve the issues - using the solution here - that we've identified for those users who have set their Windows scaling to anything above 100% (125% or 150%).
