When I sent soap request to marketo, I got "Already retried max times 3" error, before I got this error, I used a wrong Encryption key to send SOAP request. Does marketo have some access limitation or still something wrong on my side? How to solve this problem if it is the access limitation on marketo side. Thanks!
It's prob a lockout to prevent brute force attacks. Ask Support or try again in an hour.
