Does marketo have a survey function?

I work at a startup and want to start sending Surveys to help obtain our NPS. Does Marketo offer a survey tool/function?

It has a Poll functionality. So you could essentially do this for your NPS but you can only ask 1 question. So would be 'How likely are you to refer xyz to someone?' If you need more than 1 question, you should look at Survey Monkey or something like that.

The problem with Poll however is that there is not a way for them not to share on social media.  Or at least I have not been able to find a way to turn of the sharing option.  Would love to just have someone take a poll and that be that.
