Does anyone use Marketo to send daily emails to customers/prospects?

I'm looking to set up a campaign to send a daily email to customers/prospects and we are concidering using Marketo. I'd like to know if anyone is doing this and if so, is it a cumbersome process with cloning emails, createing a new send everday and adding the email into the certain triggers to track opens, clicks, etc.  or is there less invasive way to manage?
Any thoughts?

Have you seen Marketo's ability to send reoccuring campaigns? You can set up the campaing to run at daily frequency.

Does the email change everyday? Do you need to have a record of previous emails? If not, just change the email each day and make sure that leads can go through the send campaign more than once (at least 1x per day) and you're good to go.
