Does anyone use a webhook to a Suppression List Management vendor? If so, which vendor do you recommend?

we are investigating subscribing to a Suppression List Management service where vendors could use such to send emails on our behalf after filtering through our DNC list and augmenting our DNC after the send. We want to use a web hook to avoid manual import and export of leads.

You can do this. Most of the vendors accept webhooks.
