Does anyone know why gmail thinks the marketing material is latin?

We sent out a marketo email and gmail members are getting the option to translate to Latin. Any reason why?

Did you copy the content of the email from HTMLt o the "text-only" version?

If not, the text only email remains in latin and that's why gmail understands it as such.

Is it possible that there's some Latin filler text either in your email template or the text version of the email?
