We're looking at the possibility of syncing MKTO to both our interal CRM and an instance of Salesforce.com - simultaneously.
We've talked with our rep and prof. services they've assured us it can be done, and it all sounds very straightforward. But I'd love to talk to someone who actually has such an environment in place to get their insights into how the integration works, how easly the execution was, and any best-practices and/or pitfalls they might be able to pass along.
