Hey guys,
New user here. One of the first projects I'm looking to do with marketo is to document our current configuration. I'd like to create a standardized document for my organization as reference to various tracks/flows for campaigns/leads/etc... that can provide clarity to all stake holders.
I'm thinking I'll use Visio for flow diagrams, but I'd like to get some thoughts/suggestions from anyone tha's done this in the past.
