While competing the first time SFDC sync on a new instance, we observe some significant discrepancies between the all leads system smart list, that counts 72800leads, and the lead performance report (lead created on all time, no smart list), that counts 67500 leads. Weird isn't it?
And yes, I have checked twice that nothing is filtering out leads from the report
Has any one observed that the analytics can take time to read all the data?

Greg, I have recently heard from Support that soft deletes are still being counted in some situations for up to 30 days.

After a few hours, all is now in order, so I suppose this was just due to the reports adjusting with some delays to the sync in progress
