I noticed that in some reports (Email Performance vs Email link Performance) and other types as well I have differences between the number of clicks on an email/link.
For me the correct number would be the higher number of clicks in the Email Link Performance report but i get these differences on all of the reports.
Can you please provide me with an explanation on why this is happening?

It really depends on what you're trying to measure. The number of clicks in the Email Link Performance report will be total clicks (including multiple clicks by the same people) as well as a column to indicate the number of unique leads. If you have more than one link in your email, the total (under "Leads") will usually be more than what you see in the email performance report (since a lead can click on more than one link.
