Difference between Blacklist, Unsubscribe and Do not Call

What is the difference between unsubscribe, do not call and blacklist please?
Is someone able to define each for me please

Hi Dan,

Unsubscribe - indicates which individuals are opted in to receive your email communications
Do Not Call - indicates which individuals can be contacted by phone
Blacklisted - typically used to identify individuals you do not want receiving your marketing comms e.g. competitors
