Re: Difference between Batch Campaign and Trigger Campaign
Trigger campaign is always listening for a particular activity and then completes the FLOW you set up
A batch campaign is like collecting a bunch of names that fit your criteria, then executing at an interval you set up (daily, weekly, hourly, etc.)

Re: Difference between Batch Campaign and Trigger Campaign
Maybe this helps clarify:
1) Set up a trigger campaign that responds to "LEAD CLICKS LINK IN EMAIL"
2) Set up a batch campaign that looks for LEAD WHO CLICKED LINK IN EMAIL (in the past)
One works proactively and the other retroactively.
