We were working on a business review with our Marketo Account Manager and now we're getting bounce back that their email no longer exists with Adobe. I'm guessing they may have been unfortunately let go in all the tech company layoff that have been going around this month, though I haven't seen any specific communication on layoffs in January from Adobe (or Marketo).
The canned option in the bounce back email to get a new Adobe contact is pretty useless as it all relates to Adobe Creative Cloud products. I put in a Marketo Support ticket in, in the hopes of getting help there... but does anyone else have experience with getting in contact with a Marketo representative? Does anyone have a Marketo Account Manager that they are currently in contact with that might be able to help us re-establish a connection with someone?
