Our Sales Team is using Sales Insight and a couple have asked if there is a way that they could time the delivery of their own 1:1 and mass emails.
It's a standard feature within Outlook so was curious if it were an option. As I ask this question I guess it could be done 1:1 using the Outlook Email Add-In but still and more curious about the mass option.
Possibly when using Outlook, but I've never tried. Why not test it?
Another way is to use a Sales Insight Triggered campaign that uses wait steps. I suspect that's not what your team really wants. You could post this as an idea.
