Hi,
I am currently looking at potential solutions to de-duplicate an extremely large amount of duplicates in a MKTO instance. After majorly reducing the amount of duplicates we would implement a process to control the database, but for now the process would have to be automated as the database it's too large to solve it manually.
Any recommendations on potential solutions or third party software that would help?
Thanks,

You should also coordinate with SalesOps/SFDC team.
in addition to Grazitti, there is Marketo's own merge service. It's a one-off service that can deduplicate your whole DB, regardless of any API limitation , but not a long term solution.
You can also look at leadonance's deduplicator.

Hi All
I'm looking at this too but wondered do all of these solutions dedupe MSDynamics leads?
I get the error that MSDynamics leads cannot be merged on a manual merge.
thanks
Mark
Hi Macarena - there's a similar discussion taking place over in this thread: Avoiding Duplicates
RingLead has a solution that works well; it is super customizable so you can define what values are preserved, what is overwritten, and where to (if you want) archive the old data.
We looked at RingLead, but unfortunately, it's not able to merge the records in MS Dynamics first (and have them eventually updated in Marketo during the next sync) - which is required, if they are lead/contact records. RL is primarily a SFDC solution.
Ah, yeah, right now they only have deduplication for SFDC and Marketo.
