Custom Field restricted to future timeframe

If I want to create a date field restricted to the future time frame used in form fill, how can I make the restriction to the field itself?

I have tried to search the Marketo doc, but the only thing I could find is to use the time filter in smart list. However, I want the restriction form fill. Is it doable?
