Custom Field Group doesnt show in RCA admin section?

Hi, I used the Field Organizer under Lead Database to create a custom field group, so I can use it in the Revenue Cycle Analyzer, but when I go to enable the field group on the RCA admin section, it doesnt show under Lead Attributes. I tried to create a group for the standard field: Lead Source.  I successfully set up another field group for a custom field, so I'm not sure what I'm missing... Any thoughts?

you can only have three, so if you still had at least one open slot, then it might be something else. review the docs above.
