I have encountered an error that where the Lead is unable to sync to our CRM (Salesforce) because the user cannot be found.
exceptionMessage: CRM user with name ' {Sales User Name' not found
fault: Sync Lead to SFDC caught exception

Has anyone received this error and resolved it?
