Creating report to show all form submissions

I'd like to create a report that will show me all form submission, including ones created in Marketo but used on our website. I want this report to email the results of all form submissions in the past week to a group of users. Can this be accomplished? I have yet to figure out how to create this report to be emailed. I have a smart list created that provides me the information I want but I can auto email the results weekly.

If you have a Smart List, click on List Actions » New Smart List Subscription.
