Creating an API user

I'm in the process of creating an API user. For this I followed all steps on this page: http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/.

I tried creating a new service (Launchpoin), but the API user I just created doesn't appear in the dropdown.

Any idea what the reason could be?

Can you show the setup of the user itself?

Check "API Only" as in the bottom screenshot.

This optin is greyed out I see.

Gotta check it while setting up the user. Delete it and start again.

Ok, so I deleted the current API user.

When creating the new one, I checked the necessary checkbox. But then in step 3 I can't hit Send, only Back and Cancel. So I can't complete the process of creating the user.
