Create report on content downloaded

Hi everyone, 

I'm looking to create a report that will only contain the information of people that have downloaded certain piences of content, for example case studies. Currently we have a form that needs to be filled out before a download starts.

The Web Page Activity report could be an option.

Breno's suggestion is sound, though this may be a better candidate for a regular smart list.
