Create a single report which shows what a lead clicked on

What's the best way to create a single report that shows a lead's email link click activity.  I want to show which content they have clicked on for 2013,  which would be insightful for sales colleagues when they follow up.  

I know I can create individual reports on click activity for each email campaign, but is there a way to do this starting with the lead name as the top filter, followed by all emails the lead responded to (ie had clicked on) as the next level down and have what they clicked on in the results?

Unfortunately not. What you could do instead is go to an individual lead's activity log and type the word "click"  into the filter, and then see which emails/links they had clicked in/on. But that's a pretty manual process, there is not easy way to get what you want.
