Create a Report Showing Total Marketo Records in a Specific Timeframe

Is there a way to create a report or smart list showing all records who are opted-in in a specific timeframe? I need to find numbers for Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2023.

For clarification, this is not for new people added or opted in in the timeframe. It's just the total number of Marketo records who are opted in.

Nope, not possible. Checking the number of new people in a timeframe is actually possible, since the New Person activities don’t age out.

But checking the number of people created with Unsubscribed=true in a timeframe or who had Unsubscribed set to true in a timeframe? Not possible, since you’re relying on historical activities that are now gone.

No, this is not possible. But not for the reason you might think. It's because the Data Value Changes activities have aged out for last year (they only last for 90 days).

You need to have been timestamping these important actions into Date or DateTime fields, or setting Interesting Moments, to be able to report on them now.

Hi @SanfordWhiteman , thanks for the reply.

I think I had a typo in my first post. This is not for newly added records in that timeframe, just the total records in Marketo.

Is this still not possible?
