Our instance is connected with SFDC. We are considering to do lead to contact conversion via Marketo with the Convert person flow step, as we would like to get rid of the lead object in Salesforce. However we have seen that this step is creating a new account and opportunity. Our idea was to add all the converted records to the same account by default. Do you know if there is a way to do this? Or any solution to avoid new account creation each time when the Convert Person step is used?

Hi Sophie - you may want to look into the use of a 3rd Party tool for this, we use RingLead but sure there are many others out there. This will give you much more control over how you convert your leads.
