I'm creating a webinar in Marketo and I can't connect it to the event in On24.
Marketo says that the session ID is invalid although it is the right ID from On24.
Do you know why this is happening and what I can do?
I tried to connect the event again and now it's fortunately working.
But I still don't know what the problem was.
Same, it's working now for me too. Put a ticket into support, but it fixed itself before they could offer a solution, but at least it works!
Hey Christina -- I just experienced this same issue over the last hour and found that clearing my cookies and cache (all time) seemed to resolve this issue. Wanted to share in case this happens to anyone again!
