Complete program disappeared

One of our programs disappeared but I'm not sure how. Is there a way to find out what happened to it? There isn't an audit trail that I can find. I would be most grateful if someone could assist. Otherwise, I'll have to open a support case, which I'd prefer to avoid. Thanks.

Hi Karen,

I know you'd prefer not to log a case but if you do then support should be able to check what happened.

Hi Guy,

You should rather open a new thread if you have such a problem.

The most likely is that someone dragged and dropped it somewhere where it should not belong. Happens so often.

Hey Gregoire,

I actually thought of that - but I figured Cathal would have a solution!

That said, this is an issue that I've seen happen in multiple instances over the past few years.

I actually got help from an amazing trio of Marketo support guys (starting from Sam on the chat and up to Albert (engineering) and Louiza (director EMEA)  and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes!

The issue was something that they identified almost instantly, and Albert was able to resolve the issue on the spot (It had to do with refreshing the visual tree cache)

They're awesome!

Yes the EMEA support team is pretty good I have often worked with them.

Cathal has left Marketo BTW.
