Anyone else having this problem? We have updated our admin settings for communication limits to Block non-operational emails. I would assume that this means that all smart campaigns created from here out will default to Block non-operational emails -- but this isn't the case. When we create new smart campaigns, the default is still to ignore communication limits.

Thanks for reporting this.  We are already looking into the issue.  I will update this post when I have information on the fix.

Pretty sure I've read that communication limits only apply to Engagement Programs by default (which seems a bit odd).  Don't quote me on that, but I believe that's the case..
