Cloudingo and Sync Errors

We are implementing Cloudingo on the SF side to reduce the incidence of duplicates. One issue we are seeing is the Cloudingo agent consuming resources that result in sync errors.  We aren't getting a lot of help from Cloudingo figuring out how to avoid this, although they acknowledge it happens.  Has anyone solved this and can share the secret?
