Checkboxes - How to only allow one selection

Hi,

I'm creating a form with a field for people to select one activity out of the 5 activities we have for them to register. The field we decided to go with was the Checkboxes (as we wanted to show a description of the actual activity). How can I limit the selection to only one (1) selection?
