I Wanted to know if there is a way to migrate your profile once you change the organization or may be try to change the community email address from official to personal email address, so that i never loose my community points and work i did in the community.

The Form used to live there but it looks broken. Janet Dulsky can help if you send her the old and new emails.
I opened a support ticket and they pointed me to the right person. It was a pain though.
Ranvijay Singh, Chris Johnston is correct. Jive made changes to the platform so it no longer supports our form. We are figuring out the best way to reinstate the form. In the meantime, please send me your current Community email and the one to which you would like all your points, badges, etc. moved and I will have my Support team take care of it.
