I know this is probably the most basic question, but I am new to Marketo and although I am in the EST and have chosen that on my first emails- they did not schedule on time. I was told that I can change the time zone to Eastern Daylight Time- New York so I don't need to back up my emails when I schedule, but exactly HOW do I do that? Thanks all...

In admin, make sure the account and locations settings match
Hi Stacie,
You can change the default time zone for your user by going to Admin > My Account > Edit Location Settings.
If you have full Admin privileges you can change the default timezone for your instance in Admin > Location > Change Location Settings.
Can't you just:
Click your name
Click My Account
Then edit your time zone from there?
