I am trying to change the emails in the subscription list in our old email performance report. The problem I am having is that I cannot select the subscription tab to make the email changes. Is there a way to reactivate the subscription button?

Do you want to change/update recipient email addresses for your active report subscription? You would need to update the email addresses from subscription tab which is located under Analytics.Product doc is located here at Manage Report Subscriptions - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation.
