Change font color of unsubscribe message

Does anyone know how to change the font color of the unsubscribe message?

My understanding is you want to change color of your global unsubscribe message, you can do so by updating the HTML code of your Unsubscribe message under Admin tab --> Email--> Unsubscribe HTML.
