Change engagement program status based on clicks on link in email "contains"...

How do I set criteria to change engagement program status based on clicks/ed on email "contains" abc ONLY within that engagement program? Do I have to create a tag system to do this?

I was thinking of ascribing a success status to clicks/ed a link in an email that contains PDF, i.e. member clicked on a downloadable resource. But of course I don't want this to run against every email in our system, just the emails within that engagement program.

How would you do this?

Also, what are you engagement program statuses based on?

Hi Rachit, sorry for the late reply - your solution requires manual selection of the specific email. I'd prefer not to have to manually update email selection everytime I add a new email to the engaement progrma. All links will have "pdf" in the URL - is there a way to set a filter of:

1. in engagement program
2. clicks on any link that containts "pdf"

You can use filters:
- Member of Engagement Program - program for which you want to track emails
- Opened Email - Email which you want to track in the program
- Clicked Link - Link in the email within the same drip program that we want to track.
