Write {{system.dateTime}} to a field in a Flow step.

or

add the timestamp via JS on form submit.

Change Data Value

Attribute is  {what field do you want?  We have a field called Most Recent MQL Date}

New Value - System.Date.

( we prefer this date over date/time)
