We are working on integrating Salesforce with Marketo but I cannot see CRM option under integrations. Am I missing a setting?

Hey Pavan,
Is it a possibility that you have not included the "native integration" as part of your Marketo subscription plan? That would probably mean that the CRM element is missing.
However, what I would recommend is also raising a support case to ensure that they can look at your instance and potentially identify if there is a support issue.
Thanks
Floyd
Hi Pavan,
This option may not have been visible for the user role you have as marketo user. Have you checked if you have unrestricted Admin access in Marketo or not?
Hi Sonali,
Thank you for your response. I am an admin and I do have complete access to the instance. I am thinking maybe it wasn't enabled for us in the first place as it is a new instance.
Do you have an active version of Marketo running that had an integration with a CRM previously? Are you now trying to add Salesforce later? To do a CRM integration, it has to be done at the start. One of the first questions when Marketo goes live is, would you like to connect this to Salesforce or to Dynamics. You can't then switch later once you get past this. If you migrate from Salesforce to Dynamics at a later date, you need to get a new instance of Marketo.
Please note: there is a beta program if you work directly with Marketo Professional Services that may be able to help, but it is a pricey venture, though not nearly as pricey as losing your activity data or having to try and save it via custom objects.
Hi Chris,
Thank you for your response. I am thinking maybe it wasn't enabled for us in the first place as it is a new instance. Not sure why that happened. I have reached out to my account executive for an answer.

Yeah I saw this one recently - it turned out to be a provisioning issue when the instance was created (just hadn't been switched on). Or as Floyd mentioned, you may not have bought that feature as part of your Marketo license. Log a support ticket, that's how you get this investigated and fixed either way.
Hi Veronica,
Thank you.
