For instance we know first name and last name and email, but not sure how the system prefers we label/capitalize address, lead owner, phone number, etc.
Well, you can map fields however you want so we don't really "prefer" anything, but if you want to see our exact default names just go to a list in Marketo and do an export. The CSV headers will be our default names.
