Can you pull link statistics from a landing page?

Hi All,

Does anyone know a workaround for pulling link performance from a landing page, if the link is redirecting to another landing page? We're trying to see if a video converts to a form fill out, but the form is on a different landing page. For some reason, i can't seem to find a way to pull this data. Any ideas?
