Can you close registration once you are filled capacity/ sold out?

I trying to find out if there is an automated way of closing registration once you hit the number of maximum registrants.

Thanks,

No, there is not.

However, this link will show you how you can have Marketo tell you when milestones are hit so you can turn off the reg

Essentially you run some lists and have it alert you when certain targets are hit.

Another option would be to run jquery to check the total registrants and change the form, but that sounds complex to me.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for the link suggestion. I will look it up. I also spoke with Marketo support and they told me this:

"Thanks for the call! To review, registration limits are not currently a feature of Marketo events. However, there is a popular idea for this here, and it's on our product team's radar:

For now, I recommended investigating using a workflow in SFDC to alert you when the registration limit has been reached, as in the 5th comment on the idea by Veronica."

I will check both SFDC and your suggestions.
