Can we access the field Lead Notes via the API?

Lead Notes and many other fields are not available via the API. Is there a way that we can expose Lead Notes to the API?  How about the other fields that are not available?

Some fields (like Lead Notes and Owner fields) are available only to native integration and therefore not accessible via API.  You will need to create custom fields for those fields that are not exposed.

Those fields have a tighter coupling with the native integration and are therefore restricted from API read/write access.

When you say "Lead Notes" are you referring to the token {{SP_Send_Alert_Info:default=edit me}}?  I recently found a need to need access to this via the API and just want to make sure that this is referencing the same thing. Thanks!

SP_Send_Alert_Info is a System token and not accessible via the API.
