Can't see members in my smart list after import

I am creating my first campaign and I did everything right, I think. Problem is that after I clone the campaign, make the necessary edit to the email and the edit my Smart List, the Audiwnce tile in my email campaign lists the number (3089) correctly, but when I look at the Members tab in the Control Panel, it says there are no members. I know there is something simple I am not doing. What is it?

Paul,

Have you run the email yet? The Email Send Program (like all Programs) won't include people as Members until you make them Members. With Email Send, it will make them Members once you send the email. So schedule it and it should work after the send.

Right - if you're looking to see *which* leads the program is set to affect, you can click on the number of expected leads in the audience panel, and it will show you the qualified leads. The Members tab is only for leads who've already been through the program.
