Can't see Engagement Program emails in Email performance reports.

I am attempting to create a report to review email open/click/CTO stats for emails within one of my engagement programs.  The email fiter in the Email Performance report builder isn't showing me any emails that are local to my engagement programs.  Is this a ticket I need to write or do I need to look at another filter?

I am having the same problem except in my email performance reports I can't even see my Engagement programs to select them or the emails they contain. 

One work around (or perhaps the way we have to do it now) is to create a report local to your Engagement program. http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LAZmCAO
