Can't import a list

The last two days I have tried to import a csv. file with less than ten rows.  It is giving me an error with a yellow Exclamation
 mark (!).  Is anyone else having trouble with a simple list import?

Yes, I had a similar issue. This happened for me on a Friday, and I waited until Monday to retry, at which time I successfully imported the list. Good luck. Sorry I can't offer more help.
