Can sales reps create their own emails for Sales Insight and save them for future use?

I'm wondering if sales reps have the ability to create their own emails in sales insight and save for future use.

Hi Nicole! Majority of our sales reps save their templates they would like to use in a word doc and typically copy and paste the information directly into Sales Insight.

No, they cannot. They can create SFDC emails.
