I'm not sure if it's just how our SF1 admin set up the app views, but I currently cannot see MSI in my view, so I wouldn't be able to send an email from it. Maybe check with your admin to see if they've set this up?
I believe that there are SFDC apps. And I'd guess that within these apps you should be able to use Marketo if your views are setup... but I'm not entirely sure.
