Can one person be in more than one stream in the same nurture?

Hey!

We are building a trigger based nurture where people will receive self-select email to click on options they want to learn more about. Based on what they click, we will be sending them to appropriate nurture streams. If they click more than one option, we would like to add them to both streams and send both streams emails. Is that something we can do?

Hi Diana - Unfortunately you cannot add a person to multiple streams within the same Engagement Program. (Add to Engagement Program - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation)

Hi Diana,

I would recommend that you build multiple Nurture engagement programs for each product interest. This way the lead can enter two different Nurtures and you can adjust the cadence of each Nurture so that the lead doesn't receive multiple emails on the same day. Also, you can move them to the next stream based on their behavior score or behaviors, in essence serving them higher level content and CTA's based on their engagement.
