Can I update the Unsubscribe HTML link to point to a different external unsubscribe page based on language (i.e. fr, de, cn)?

We have set up various external (non-Marketo) unsubscribe pages, one for each language, on our corporate websites. Is there a way to update the Unsubscribe HTML in admin -> email to point to a different url based on different criteria such as language?

For example:

www.website.fr/unsubscribe - This would be the unsubscribe page for France

www.website.de/unsubscribe - This would be the unsubscribe page for Germany

Yes: if the language is stored as a {{lead.token}}, you can append it to the path.
